Visa Assistance for the ATC2012

Please check with Vietnamese Diplomatic Missions in your country at http://www.vnembassy.net if an entry visa is required for your passport. In case a visa is required, you can select one of the following ways to apply for the visa:

1. Contact a Vietnamese Diplomatic Mission in your country directly and apply for a visa.
2. Contact Conference LOC for getting supported with the following details:

- - - • Application Fees Seviced fee: 25 USD
    - • Stamp fee: 25 USD
    - • Visa type: 1 month single entry
    - • Total Applicant(s): 1
    - • Processing time: Standard
    - • Requirements: Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of exit. Two passport photos size 4 x 6 cm. Paying stamp fee in cash USD at the airport when picking up visa (25 USD for single entry visa or 50 USD for multiple entries visa or 100 USD for 1 year visa).
    - • Port of arrival: This visa is ONLY applicable to 3 International airports in Vietnam: Tan Son Nhat Airport, Noi Bai Airport and Da Nang Airport.
